At EyesnYou, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your eyeglasses or sunglasses must:

  • Be unused and unworn.

  • Be in their original condition.

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and tags.

  • Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we'll provide instructions on how to return your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective frame or lens

  • The wrong item

Contact us immediately at eyesnyou@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll review your request and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Prescription eyeglasses with custom prescription lenses.

  • Customized or personalized eyewear.

  • Lens upgrades (including blue light, photochromic, progressive, anti-glare, or tinted lenses) once manufactured.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper care.

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items.

  • Gift cards.

Exchanges

Need a different frame or style?

The quickest option is to return your eligible item. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for your preferred product.

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we'll gladly exchange it at no additional cost.


Refunds

After receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at eyesnyou@gmail.com.
