At EyesnYou, we are committed to delivering your eyewear safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our order processing, shipping timelines, and delivery procedures.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Prescription eyeglasses may require additional processing time for lens fitting and quality checks.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.


Shipping Within India

We proudly ship across India through trusted courier partners.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on eligible orders as displayed on our website.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and shown during checkout before payment.


Prescription Eyewear Orders

Prescription glasses require additional time for:

  • Lens manufacturing

  • Prescription verification

  • Frame fitting

  • Final quality inspection

As a result, prescription eyewear orders may take slightly longer than non-prescription products to dispatch.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment through the courier partner's website.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and postal code are accurate when placing your order.

EyesnYou is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately before your order is dispatched.


Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Remote delivery locations

We appreciate your patience in such situations and will assist you in tracking your shipment.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with:

  • Do not accept the package if possible.

  • Take clear photos of the package and product.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at eyesnyou@gmail.com.

If your shipment is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.


International Shipping

At this time, EyesnYou primarily ships within India.

If international shipping becomes available, eligible destinations, shipping charges, and delivery timelines will be displayed during checkout.
